While you can give the basic URL (osit.cesba.com) to your clients and they will be able to choose your board or organization from the drop-down list, we have made custom URLs for each board and organization. The reason for this is that sometimes clients are confused about what organization or board they are completing the OSIT with. Using the custom URL for your organization helps mitigate the risk that the OSIT will wind up in the inbox of another board or organization.
In most cases, the url is https://osit.cesba.com/acronym where “acronym” is the acronym for your organization. For example, https://osit.cesba.com/hdsb/ is the Halton District School Board. There are several exceptions though, so please email us to ask for your custom URL.
